Please note the shipping policy information on this page is  exclusively for purchases made through the www.CarAndDriverTech.com website. For purchases made through www.CarAndDriverTech.com authorized resellers, please contact them directly.  Please note for all purchases via www.CarAndDriverTech.com, we can only ship to/from and process refunds, returns, and exchanges to/from the contiguous forty-eight (48) states. 

www.CarAndDriverTech.com ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://www.CarAndDriverTech.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

General

Subject to stock availability. In rare instances, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Domestic Shipping Policy

We will use a combination of shipping carriers to ensure the safest, quickest delivery of your items with online package tracking. Your shopping cart will display an estimated delivery date for ease of reference.

Please note, www.CarAndDriverTech.com is unable to ship outside the continuous 48 states for purchases made on www.CarAndDriverTech.com. 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via the contact information you provide.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Change of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we can change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

P.O. Box and Military Addresses

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes and Military Addresses at this time.  

Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can investigate.

Tracking Notifications

Upon shipment, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the updates made available by the shipping provider.

Damages in Transit

If you find your shipment is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the package from the courier and get contact our customer service via support@atomxsmall.com. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please file a claim with the courier and contact us at support@CarandDriverTech.com. Remember to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with the courier.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been fully processed. If an order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.

Insurance

Shipments are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
